1. She has lot of water every day and you will see her carrying a water bottle all the time , water keeps her body and skin hydrated enough.

2. She survives on lot of fruits and vegetables and salads are her preferred munching option. Apparently she tries to satisfy her hunger with fiber and water content in salad and avoids heavy dressings such as ranch and mayo.

3. She has snacks between meals and limits her calorie intake to 100 calories on these snacks.

4. Sunny Leone loves coffee and believes that coffee provides her enough anti-oxidants, she usually takes coffee black or with non fat cream.
